Unable to launch Spectrum OneClick from AWS load balancer

Issue/Introduction

Hi,

I have configured two OneClick servers on AWS Application load balancer. I have enabled the stickness on target group.

 I am getting following error during launching Spectrum OneClick:

 

Environment

Release : 21.2

Component : Spectrum OneClick

Cause

OneClick code expecting the expiry date to start with a single quote (') but it is starting with a double quote (").

Resolution

The 21.02.06.D38 patch addresses this issue for Spectrum 21.2.6.

This will also be addressed in Spectrum 21.2.10 when released. No release date set at the time this knowledge article was published.
