Script stuck in status Waiting for continuation of variable resolving

Issue/Introduction
An Event that is supposed to be launched every 5 minutes to launch a Script that invokes a VARA Backend that runs in the Agent installed in the same server as the AE Server, stops executing as soon as the AE Server (and subsequently the Agent) is restarted, instead of resuming as soon as the Agent is started again.
The Script object remains with status 1682 (waiting for continuation of variable resolving) which is not normal.
Expected behavior: Script should resume execution as soon as agent is available again ( after we see the message "U00011017 The activities for the host: 'UC4PROD1' are checked. " in the wp logs)
Actual behavior: Script does NOT resume execution automatically and remains stuck with status 1682 (waiting for continuation of variable resolving). In order to unlock the Script, its needed to manually cancel it and restart the Event again.

Cause
Defect: A bug was fixed where a script would have its waiting host reset to empty incorrectly if the agent was restarted and had other tasks queued, even if the script was still waiting for the agent host to come up.
Resolution
Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
