WP crashes when processing a specific file | UCMAIN_R/TRCSET

Issue/Introduction

Investigation of WP traces showed that the a process always crashed when treating a specific file.  WPs show something like:
20210823/140018.180 - U00015006 System hat einen erzwungenen Memory Trace geschrieben.
20210823/140039.908 - U00003434 Die Serverroutine 'UCMAIN_R/TRCSET' benötigte '0' Minuten '21,719' Sekunden zur Durchführung.
20210823/140245.519 - U00003524 UCUDB: ===> Zeitkritischer DB-Aufruf! OPC: 'SUCO' Zeit: '1:987.942.599'

Cause

When calling get_process_line for data that had fixed column sizes and the data was shorter than the full column size, the worker process would sometimes crash due to some faulty pointer calculation.

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
