DWH job fails with "Unable to get VFS File object for filename"

Issue/Introduction

Load Data Warehouse fails with error on both Full and Incremental: 

Unable to get VFS File object for filename 'file:///D:/Clarity/META-INF/datamart/etl_scripts/dwh_cmn_etl_jobs/dwh_tr_fullrldchk.ktr' : Could not find file with URI "D:\Clarity\bin\file:\D:\Clarity\META-INF\datamart\etl_scripts\dwh_cmn_etl_jobs\dwh_tr_fullrldchk.ktr" because it is a relative path, and no base URI was provided.

Resolution

• This issue is usually due to environmental problems / communication between servers.
• Please ensure the files are accessible and you have full permissions and nothing is locking them.
• Restart the services and retry as Full Load. If you have multiple servers, run it on the server with BG on.
• If you still have an issue - reboot the entire server to avoid any locks
