External Dependency jobs not completing, blocking workflows

Issue/Introduction

After running a client copy, external dependencies are not getting completed and are blocking the whole workflow. 

 

 

Environment

Release : 12.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Cause

A client copy import can cause the external dependencies to behave as if it were the first time things were run.

Resolution

Reactivate the external dependencies
