Issue/Introduction

Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) を 14.3 RU4 にアップグレードした後、[クライアント] タブのアプリケーションとデバイス制御ステータスで "状態を報告していません" と表示される。

Cause

Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) クライアント 14.3 RU3 およびそれ以前のバージョンでは、同機能の動作状態のデータを SEPM に送信していません。

Resolution

SEP クライアントを 14.3 RU4 にアップグレードすると、アプリケーションとデバイス制御のステータスが正しく表示されるようになります。
