Page and data not rendering properly when there are incomplete filters

Issue/Introduction

Clarity is allowing to add fields into the Filter Section without specifying any criteria.  
The configuration of the filter can be saved in a view and those fields will appear in the filter section.  
On the Staffing Workspace, Allocations Timeline, when a view has a field that is placed in the filter but does not have any criteria specified, the use of that view does not render the page properly. If you click on the Filter button, the page blanks out below the tab header. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Add some field(s) to the Filter section, without specifying any criteria.
2. Save this view.
3. On the Staffing Workspace, Allocations Timeline, select the view.

Expected Results: To have the page render even when there are fields in the Filter section that are incomplete.
Actual Results: No data is shown on the page and when clicking on the Filter icon, the page blanks out.

Cause

This is casued by Defect DE64050

Resolution

Fixed in 16.0.2 and 16.0.1.1 (16.0.1 patch 1)

Workaround: Remove the incomplete fields from the filter configuration and save the updated view configuration.
