Received a  u2700 ABEND when running TSSAUDIT report.

A u2700 abend occurs when a non-Top Secret administrator acid is used to run Top Secret reporting utilities such as TSSAUDT and TSSUTIL.

Since the reports produce sensitive security information a Top Secret Admin type acid must be used to run the Top Secret reporting utilities.
