Unable to retrieve spoolfile, status=Spool file retrieval failed, lstatus=File is not available

Issue/Introduction

We installed CA agent on a new server and when we try to retrieve status information or jobs we are getting the message : 

Unable to retrieve spoolfile, status=Spool file retrieval failed, lstatus=File is not available

It seems directories are created in the spool directory as expected but there are no files in the directories.

Environment

Release : 12.0

Component : Workload Automation System Agent

Resolution

Configure the agent not to delete spool file of completed jobs by setting the parameter to false in agentparm file;

agent.spool.success.autocleanup=false

Restart the agent for the change to take effect.
