We are upgrading from 18.0. For many months now we have successfully received weekly maintenance for v18.0 using SMP/E RECEIVE ORDER processing.
We have added a RECEIVE ORDER job for the new release to our process but whenever we run this job it fails with error message:
GIM69213S ** A PTF ORDER WAS NOT SENT TO THE SERVER BECAUSE NO PTFS WILL BE APPLICABLE TO THE GLOBAL ZONE OR TARGET ZONES.
We have verified that we are using the correct global zone and target (CAIT0) zone names in the new release. The job but still the job fails while the 18.0 (and many other jobs for other Broadcom products) continue(s) to work.
