Web pages display Access Denied message while partially loading content

Issue/Introduction
Websites that cross reference links to other sites and content delivery networks are getting partially blocked with some objects showing the Cloud SWG block page. This is affecting user experience.
You are looking for a better way to overcome this so users don't notice.
Environment
Cloud Secure Web Gateway (Cloud SWG)
Cause
The site is getting blocked by Content filtering policy due to blocking social networking category and the website is referencing images in facebook.com. Cloud SWG proxy access logs will show the 403 denied. These sites are loading externally referenced content on their pages. The way it is being blocked is expected behavior due to how the content is being loaded on the site.
Resolution
If you would like to avoid this, you would need to allow the partial content that is blocked, by either allowing the category or specific site that is getting blocked. This can be configured for all users or add a more granular policy based on user groups.
