How to find which Patch Management bulletin contains a specific KB update number when only the KB number is available

Environment

Patch Management Solution ITMS

Resolution

Paste the KB update number into the global search box in the upper-right corner of the console.

If results are shown, click on one of the corresponding "Patch Software Update" results.

This will open Resource Manager for the specific update.

In the bottom-left pane under "Resource associations", click on the blue link under "Software Bulletin to Software Update".

This will open Resource Manager to the correct associated bulletin.
