Endevor Message SMGR117C on an Endevor MOVE when SYNC=YES specified

Issue/Introduction

Did a move of an element with SYNC=YES parameter, it produced this message:

SMGR117C  ELEMENT WILL BE SYNCHRONIZED WITH NEXT ELEMENT UP THE MAP                                          .   
                                                                                

According with the documentation the action required is "No action required."

This error causes a cc=08 how do I resolve this?

Cause

When SYNC=YES and the Element gets synchronized with a element up the map Endevor produces the error SMGR117. The message SMGR117C is the default message.

Resolution

The severity of this message SMGR117 can be changed via optional features table ENCOPTBL. The option to use is ENHOPT MSGSEVERITY_SMGR117=. The default severity is C(RC 08) and you can set it to either W (RC 04) or I (RC 00)
