APMIA - SysEdge Missing MSVCR100.dll

Issue/Introduction

Have already reinstalled APMI agent version 21.4.0.31

No metric showing in APM console / Metric View 

Found these errors in IntroscopeAgent.log:

2/11/22 12:24:53 PM ICT [WARN] [IntroscopeAgent.SnmpCollector] Received a null response PDU for SNMP GET for HostName OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.5.0
2/11/22 12:24:53 PM ICT [ERROR] [IntroscopeAgent.SnmpCollector] SNMP Agent is not responding, check if CA SystemEDGE or alternate agent is up and running!
2/11/22 12:24:59 PM ICT [ERROR] [IntroscopeAgent.SnmpCollector] Unable to get response from agent. SnmpAgent might be down !!

The Visual C++ Redist 2010 version used should be x64, instead of x86
