Environment

Release : 14.0

Component : OPS/MVS

Resolution

There was a CCS 14.1 load library in the LNKLST that was causing the abend in the Heath Checker.
The actual abend was in the CAHCHECK started task. OPS was just a victim of an environmental problem.
The solution was the removal of the old CCS 14.1 library from LNKLST and performing an IPL with only CCS 15.0

If an IPL is not an option, the following procedure may be followed:

https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/ca-mainframe-software/traditional-management/ca-common-services-for-z-os/15-0/installing/upgrade-to-ca-common-services-for-z-os-15-0-without-an-ipl.html

In addition to the above, the following module may need to be refreshed too:

SETPROG LPA,ADD,MODNAME=CAMCRCVY,DSNAME=LNKLST,FIXED

Additional Information

CCS 14.1 went off support Dec 31st 2020 and is not compatible with OPS/MVS 14.0 per the compatibility matrix found here:
