Oracle Probe 5.45 - ORA-00923: FROM keyword not found where expected

Issue/Introduction

On my validate host system I installed Oracle Probe 5.45: Without changing any changes there are ORA Errors on the probe log files:

oracle: Profile: C_demo_01_oraxxxb1/buf_cachehit_ratio, RunQuery - query 1 starting
oracle: doQuery4 qeury text SELECT a.value as db_block_gets_from_cache,b.value as consistent_gets_from_cache,c.value as physical_reads_from_cacheFROM v$sysstat a, v$sysstat

oracle: Profile: C_demo_01_oralcdb1, Oracle error! Status: -1, - ORA-00923: FROM keyword not found where expected

This is a probe built-in check named "buf_cachehit_ratio". This seems to be a BUG. It's there any hotfix for this?
