"Failed to execute migration actions" when upgrading DLP to a newer version

Issue/Introduction

Upgrading DLP to a new version, the following error may be observed: Failed to execute migration actions. Please refer to the log file for details

Environment

Release : 15.8, 16.0, 16.1, 25.1

Component : DLP Enforce

Cause

Missing URT files. Sample error below -

Resolution

Follow below steps to correct this error:

1. Download the Latest update readiness tool from the support portal

2. Extract (unzip) the contents to the below specified path i.e "F:\Symantec\DataLossPrevention\EnforceServer\<version>\Protect\Migrator\URT\"

3. Rerun the upgrade once again and that should solve the issue
