Failed to execute migration actions - DLP Upgrade from 15.5 or 15.7 to 15.8

Issue/Introduction
We are upgrading our DLP instance from 15.5 or 15.7 to 15.8. There is 1 Enforce server running Windows Server 2016 and 4 Detection servers.
while migrating the data I am getting the below error:
Environment
Release : 15.5 or 15.7 upgrading to 15.8
Component : DLP Enforce
Cause
Provided the wrong input on the command prompt. Instead of a value '1' which is referring to the already installed version i.e.15.5 (installed at "F:\System\DataLossPrevention") instead of 15.5 as a value

Resolution
Based on the self explanatory error message:
MigrationException: Please ensure Upgrade Readiness tool is extracted. File not found: F:\Symantec\DataLossPrevention\EnforceServer\15.8.00000\Protect\Migrator\URT\prechecker.properties
Follow below steps to correct this i.e.
1. Download the Latest update readiness tool from the support portal
2. Extract (unzip) the contents to the below specified path i.e "F:\Symantec\DataLossPrevention\EnforceServer\15.8.00000\Protect\Migrator\URT\"
3. Rerun the upgrade once again and that should solve the issue
