Dashboard Designer Alarm Filter returns the old User Tag value

Issue/Introduction

We changed User Tag values on robots and noted the following observations

1. Dashboard Designer Alarm Filter returns the old User Tag value

2. Alarms displayed in IM and OC Alarm Portlet still show the old User Tag value

How can we get all alarms to display the latest User Tag configured on robots?

Component : UIM OPERATOR CONSOLE - DASHBOARDS/DESIGNER

Resolution

Acknowledge all suspect alarms that existed prior to the User Tag change.
