Issue/Introduction
LATEST attribute under Status Report object was introduced in 16.0.0.
Table Name: odf_ca_cop_prj_statusrpt
Column Name: cop_is_latest
Even if there is a check mark for a status report, the value in the above column is NULL
Resolution
The value in the LATEST attribute (odf_ca_cop_prj_statusrpt.cop_is_latest) is populated during the run time and is not saved in the tables.
This is how its designed to work.
