Issue/Introduction

When a project is locked because it has a Tentative Schedule, other users should not be able to edit tasks.  However, if you do not own the lock, you are able to modify task dates and delete a task dependency line in the Task Gantt Timeline layout in Modern User Experience (UX).

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. In the MUX, navigate to any Project -> Tasks -> Timeline tab
  2. Make sure there are some dependencies between tasks
  3. In Timeline, using the Actions menu, Autoschedule the project.
    The project is now locked.
  4. Log in as a different User with all Project rights
  5. Navigate to the Locked Project -> Tasks -> Timeline tab
  6. Select a dependency line.
  7. Click on it and delete it

Expected Results: You are unable to delete the dependency as the project is locked

Actual Results: You are able to delete the dependency on the locked project

  8. Modify the start and finish dates or other data for the task

Expected Results: You are unable to edit task dates or other data

Actual Results: You are able to edit task dates and other data
