We received hotfix 3.4.5.04 and are trying to install it in our lab environment. We chose the bin file on the Configuration > Upgrade page and hit the "UPLOAD" button. It looked like the file was uploaded, but it does not show under Available Patches, and we cannot apply it. Now when we try to upload it again, or try "UPLOAD AND APPLY", we get error "PAM-CM-4014: Patch with name: CAPAM_3.4.5.04.p.bin already exists". Is there a problem with the hotfix?

On the PAM server there was an invalid patch link pointing to a missing file, related to a problematic integration with a Management Console. This prevented listing of uploaded patches on the Configuration > Upgrade page.
This problem will be fixed in the upcoming 4.0.2 maintenance release, and future releases. A manual workaround is available. If you have this problem, please raise a case with PAM Support.
