Issue/Introduction

When a team or task attribute is relabeled, that updated label is not seen for the attribute on the Task/Staffing workspaces.

It impacts the Column Picker, Filtering Section, and Widgets Filtering.

Affected workspace urls:

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to http://<server>/#/admin/attributes/common
  2. Add the 'Label' field to the grid if it's not present. Filter for or find a task or staff attribute
  3. Update the label for the attribute
  4. Navigate to the staffing or task workspace, depending on what object attribute was updated
  5. Open the column picker and attempt to find your updated attribute based on the new label
  6. Go to the Filter section and look for the field based on the new label
  7. Create a new Widget and in the 'Only Include...' filter section, look for the field based on the new label 

Expected Results: To see the updated label

Actual Results: The attribute still has the original label
