Communication Link Down alarm without detailed interface information, not seeing the LINK DOWN trap

Issue/Introduction
We are seeing a LINK UP Enterprise: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.276 trap after a LINK DOWN which has interface information, but the LINK DOWN trap does not.
We are using SDC-TrapX
Environment

Cause
The device is sending two OID for LINK DOWN. Enterprise: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.276, and Enterprise: 1.3.6.1.6.3.1.1.5.3.
In checking TCP dump we are seeing both trap types coming in from the device.
Only Enterprise: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.276 shows interface information.
Resolution
TrapX.config is filtering out Enterprise: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.276.0.1 so it is not making over to the SpectroSERVER to map to any event.
Additional Information
If you are not seeing the trap as expected, verify the following:
- run tcpdump to confirm the incoming trap
- if using TrapX - double check your trapX.config filters!
