Not seeing UIM groups in Capacity Analytics in OI

Issue/Introduction

I have integarted DX Operation Intelligence 21.3 with UIM but don’t see the group in the “capacity analytics” tab when I select “configure groups” , however they are present in the “Services” when I create a new service.

Cause

Reviewing the oi_connector.log the following message is present

Jan 31 08:33:01:557 [INIT_THREAD, oi_connector] Subscription to UIM Group is disabled..

 

Resolution

By default group subscription is disabled. To enable this

edit the file oi_connector.cfg in  folder "{UIM installation location}\Nimsoft\probes\gateway\oi_connector"

locate the <setup> section check if you have the entry
 
subscribe_to_uim_groups = true
 
If not add it and restart the connector
