Certificate error while monitoring ITPAM load balanced URL

Issue/Introduction

We are enabling monitoring for our ITPAM application, but the monitoring team is experiencing a certificate error while accessing the LB URL.

Resolution

To monitor or access a load balanced URL without certificate errors, you must install a certificate (signed by a trusted CA) on the load balancer. Once this is complete, you will be able to monitor and access the load balanced URL without certificate errors. Please work with the load balancer team to have a trusted certificate installed.

Installing certificates, signed by a trusted CA, on the ITPAM servers is optional. They are not required in order to monitor and access the ITPAM load balanced URL.
