Looking at the discovery_server log we are seeing many of the following entries:

All robots that are displaying the above error are not running correctly and they are causing the discovery server to be bogged down. After fixing these robots, via removing all items in their ..nimsoft/niscache directory, and restarting, the discovery_server was able to process them correctly, and able to keep up with the incoming data in the probediscovery queue.
