Autosys Agent Service Intermittently Shutting Down

Issue/Introduction

The AutoSys Agent Service is intermittently shutting itself down. It always runs fine after restarting the service, but the reason for shutdown is unknown.

Environment

Release : 11.3/11.4/11.5/12.0

Component : Workload Automation System Agent

Resolution

The agent will shut itself down if the available space in the filesystem where it is installed falls below a threshold. To determine if this is the root cause, check the <AGENT_HOME>/log/runner_os_component.log and see if you find a message like this...
