Why after upgrading to ITMS 8.6 RU2 from RU1 did the Symantec Agent upgrade to all managed machines but not to the Site Servers / Task Servers?

Cloning the Task Service Update (x64) and targeting it to the affected Task Servers and resolved the issue:
