alarm_routing_service queue not establishing after upgrade from UIM 20.33 to UIM 20.40

Issue/Introduction

After upgrade from UIM 20.33 to UIM 20.40 + LU04071 the alarm-routing-service queue stays yellow and does not drain alarms. 

We do not see the message "Establishing connection to queue 'alarm'"

in the trellis probe. This case is very urgent because this is customers production environment and they do no have any new alarms due to this problem.

Resolution

You don't need the alarm_routing_service probe any longer.

In UIM 8.5.1, alarm_routing_service is an optional but not mandatory for Spectrum Gateway probe.
