What are the requirements related to the Coupling Facility List Structure and Xmanager VSAM Configuration File?

Environment

Release: 20.0
Component: Execution Manager (Xmanager)

Resolution

These messages, issued at Xmanager initialization, are warnings that you will need to perform additional
configuration steps before you are able to take advantage of the Level Set capability and use any new features that
are associated to a Level Set PTF.

In planning for activation of the Level Sets, you should create the Coupling Facility List Structure and the XMCF file before you need
to activate a Level Set, these actions can be done while your Xmanager is running. Until the actions are completed your Xmanager
is running in an Incomplete Status. You will get these warning messages but the Xmanager started task will not stop.
