Issue/Introduction

Alarm enrichment probe was down and in a red state

Environment

Component : UIM - ALARM_ENRICHMENT

Cause

Sa user was unable to login to database, error in log file display:

Resolution

Sa user login was updated to reflect correct information in the data engine and the issue was resolved and probe came back up
