When is the X_ifIndex internal interface attribute refreshed with the current ifIndex value?

Issue/Introduction

Is X_ifIndex updated on SpectroSERVER startup?  Is there an action available, similar to X_ifAlias) to update this attribute while the SpectroSERVER is running?  Is there any other time this attribute is updated other than during SS startup?

The X_IfiNdex attribute is updated on SpectroSERVER startup and during device model reconfiguration in Spectrum.
