CSV export does not export TSV Totals when 'Sum of Periods' is set

Issue/Introduction

Time Scaled Values (TSV) Totals are not exported, but it does export the TSV per period metrics even though it is not displayed in the grid. This issue is applicable to all grids that support TSVs.  

Steps to Reproduce:

1. On the Project Grid setup the following TSV Total fields on the grid:
   • Planned Capital Cost
   • Planned Operation Cost
   • Planned Cost
2. Set the following TSV View Options
   • Periods=Months (the value here doesn't matter as long as it is defined)
   • Start Period=Start of Current Year (the value here doesn't matter as long as it is defined)
   • End Period=End of Current Year (the value here doesn't matter as long as it is defined)
3. Make sure "Sum of Periods=True"
4. Run Export to CSV

Expected Results: The system should export the columns that are displayed in the grid.

Actual Results: The system doesn't export the TSV Totals, but it does export the TSV per period metrics even though it is not displayed in the grid.

This was reviewed as DE63914 and determined it would not be fixed. To request this functionality, you can raise this on the monthly innovation calls with Clarity Product Management.  

Workaround: Define the "Per-Period Metrics" and/or select "Grand Totals under Views Options
