"Count of non-remediated detections on managed endpoints" refers to the treats non-remediate by EDR but protected by SEP in last 30 days.

The actual Endpoints that need remediation can be found in the dashboard. 
You can click on the number of Active Endpoints at High Risk to navigate to the Search page to view the conviction events that are associated with these endpoints.
