No model found when running Spectrum OneClick SANM -> All Policies search

Cause

If no AlarmNotifier application has been started, there will not be an AlarmNotifier Application model or a DefaultPolicy Policy model. 

Resolution

Run an AlarmNotifier at least once so an AlarmNotifier Application model and a DefaultPolicy Policy model is created.
