User may face the issue that some websites that are hosted by Cloudflare.

Here is a screenshot of the browser error:
Resolution
A pop-up blocker prevented the browser from loading site pages that would allow access to the web-site.
Once the pop-up was disabled for the site the page could be displayed without errors.
