we are facing issue regarding UIM auto assigned incidents is not working for few alarm id.

Follow the below Step:-
== Using sdgtw Raw Configure change the threadpool > thread_pool_max from "15" to "30" . Save the setting and this will automatically restart the sdgtw probe.
== Changed the alarm count as "empty" at rule in NAS for ca Servicedesk and now its creating the ticket in service desk
