Issue/Introduction

We were told in this previous case we need to install a second WCC server on another machine but point it to your existing WCC database. When we tried doing this we get the following message.

 

Environment

Release : 11.3.6

Component : UWCC 11.4.7

Cause

User specified "aedbadmin" as the WCC user/schema.

It looks like aedbadmin contains an older version of WCC database.

Resolution

It turned out that an incorrect WCC user Id/schema was specified in the first attempt to install the new WCC server.  Once the correct user Id was specified, the installation completed successfully.
