IDMS job using TICTOC date simulator loops after TICTOC maintenance

Issue/Introduction

After TICTOC maintenance an IDMS job using the DATE_SIMULATOR_SVC=nnn  parameter in SYSIDMS causes a loop

Cause

Condition Code not properly set by the TICTOC SVC

Resolution

After much testing and research it was determined that the TICTOC SVC was returning the correct STCKE date format for the simulated date, BUT changes in the code caused the Condition Code to be non-zero which made IDMS loop requesting the date.

TICTOC provided the client with a fix to their SVC that resets the Condition Code to 0 before returning to IDMS.  Fix number from CanDo Systems is  SER4063.
