PIM Snapshot job runs several hours before expected

Issue/Introduction

We have submitted a  snapshot task to start each wednesday in the morning but the job starts on tuesadaynight

Environment

Release : 12.8

Component : PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT

Cause

Due to an issue in the JDK we use there is a problem handing the timezone differences  when the management GUI is opened on a machine in some timezones other than where the timezone of the ENTM server

Resolution

Client tested a workaround of using the  browser that is in the EST TZ and the workaround was valid. The issue should be resolved in the latest version of PIM 14.0
