Account report contains only upto 5000 records

Issue/Introduction

PAM Admin cannot generate a PAM Report greater than 5000 rows.  

 

Environment

Release : 3.4.x, 4.0.x

Component : PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT

Resolution

To increase the "Maximum Number of Report Entries" value from the default 5000 to a greater value -> please login as a System Admin to the PAM UI >> Settings >> Credential Manager >> General Settings >> Here you can increase the value to a higher value.

Note:  If you can it, please log out and log back in, so the changes take effect
