Issue/Introduction

We are getting confusion on downloading on 20.4 UIM version as it is displaying plenty of options So help here to download correct product.

Release : 20.4

Component : UNIFIED INFRASTRUCTURE MGMT

Resolution

Since updating the support site the default product view was changed to Mainframe. At the upper right corner of the new support site just to the left of your name click the down arrow to change it from 'Mainframe Software' to 'Agile Operations Software'. 

After this change UNIFIED INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT will show up under My Downloads.
