User is unable to upload file / How to update or add a Default project to your Profile

Issue/Introduction

User is unable to attach a file to any artifacts.

Environment

Release : SAAS

Component : AGILE CENTRAL OTHER

Resolution

Set user default project in user profile.

 

1. Log out of and back into Rally 
2. Click in your profile picture in the top right corner of any Rally page.
3. Select Edit Profile from the dropdown menu.
4. Scroll to the Default Project field.
5. In the Default Project field, select the drop-down arrow and project.
6. Select Save & Close.
