OutOfMemory on XOG resource to Other Work team

Issue/Introduction

The App or Bg service might be hanging or crashing when importing a XOG with a new resource to Other Work's team.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. On a large system, xog in a resource to Other Work team.
It can be done either directly via XOG on app or via a process on the bg service.

Expected Results:  Resource to xog in successfully
Actual Results: The APP/BG service used is crashing with Java OutOfMemory error.

Release : 15.9.1, 15.9.2, 15.9.3, 16.0

Cause

This is caused by Defect DE63988.

Resolution

The defect is fixed in the following version(s):

• 16.0.1.1
• 15.9.3.3
