On the SOI Administration page,Help desk configuration, connection fails when testing the connection for Universal Help Desk API with the error below:
Test connection failed. Please check settings.

The SOI UI user password used for testing connection settings was changed and the user was locked. Post using the correct password and unlocking the user account, connection tested successfully. Per client issue resolved.
