Issue/Introduction

Symantec Protection Engine (SPE) has encountered a scan error similar to the following:

Error Scanner = URL List Lookup Result ID = 1

Environment

Release : 8.2.1

Cause

SPE attempted to update the URL definitions even though URL filtering was disabled.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in SPE 8.2.2.

Broadcom recommends customers update to the most recent build in order to receive the most recent updates.
