Can't launch Vantage Windows interface after install

Issue/Introduction

After installing the Vantage SRM Windows client - r12.7 SP2 Build871, I am unable to figure out how to launch the GUI.

Check the following path:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\BrightStor SRM\Bin\BrightStor SRM.exe"
