DX NetOps CA Performance Management - Usage and Administration

Issue/Introduction

Do NetOps Portal (linux) and NFA console (windows) need to be running on the same LAN? Any performance issue if different network?

Environment

Dx NetOps Performance Management any version

Resolution

So long as the appropriate ports are open there should be no issue.

Specifically:

DX NetOps Performance Management HTTP 8681
Enables communication between NetOps Portal and NFA. NetOps Portal
DX NetOps Performance Management HTTP 8981
Enables communication between NetOps Portal and NFA. NetOps Portal

8681 and 8981 are the ports that need to be open for communication to occur between the CAPC portal and NFA
