Issue/Introduction

You are using Plex 7.2.1 with Java JRE version 8.

Can you upgrade to OpenJDK? If yes, what version of OpenJDK?

Environment

  • CA Plex 7.2.1 and higher
  • Java JRE version 8

Resolution

You could changed to OpenJDK8. As of 7/28/2025, only OpenJDK8 is certified with CA Plex 7.2.1 and 7.3.0.  A development backlog has been logged for certified Plex 7.3.0 for OpenJDK 17 (tentative plan) and there is no ETA yet.
